Mail Agent is an AI-powered mail interface that connects to your Gmail account using the Google OAuth protocol. It provides a dashboard to manage your emails, compose new messages, and organize your inbox.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mail Agent and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Mail Agent be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 day's notice before any new terms take effect.
