Our application, Mail Agent, accesses your Google user data through the Gmail API. We collect and process the following information:

• Email Address: To identify you and send/receive emails on your behalf.
• Profile Information: Such as your name and profile picture to personalize your dashboard.
• Gmail Content: We read email threads, messages, and attachments only to display them within the application interface for your convenience.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the core features of the Mail Agent app.
• Enable email composition and sending through your Google account.
• Display your inbox and sent items in an organized, searchable interface.
• Improve application performance and user experience.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. Your OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted using industry-standard algorithms (AES) before being stored in our database. We do not store your actual email content (messages/bodies) permanently; we fetch it from the Gmail API in real-time or cache it locally only for active sessions.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is only used to facilitate your direct interaction with the Gmail API.
